Select Stain Type
Nylon generally should be dry cleaned. Always follow garment label instructions when pretreating and laundering your clothes. For colored garments, test an inside seam for colorfastness.
If the garment is washable, follow the instructions below:For Water-Based Paint (including latex acrylic) - Rinse fresh stain immediately in the maximum temperature recommended on the garment label. Apply a stain remover onto the stain, cover the stain and let it set for 20 minutes. Then wash with corresponding Persil powder. Dried paint stains are very difficult to remove so it is important to treat the stain as soon as possible. For Oil-Bases Paints (including varnish) - Gently blot the stain with the solvent (thinner) listed on the paint label. Rinse. Apply corresponding Persil gel or alternatively a stain remover onto the stain, cover the stain and let it set for 20 minutes. Then wash with corresponding Persil powder. If dry clean only, take it to the dry cleaner for stain removal.
